Seterus was founded in  2007 and are located in 758 Rainbow Road Windsor, US. Formerly it was knows as IBM lender Business Process Services Inc. but its name was changed in july 2011.it operates as a Subsidiary of International Business Machines Corporation. From February 2019 it operates under  Nationstar Mortgage LLC. It provides loans and is basically a Mortgage Finance company. Its services include loan application, underwriting, processing, vendor management, document preparation and loan closing. They have a very professional staff even after sonme of their staff was fired recently but they continue to provide their excellent services through out.
